What happens in a session
Each session of the Integrated Awareness Programme is carefully structured to include the whole self - a balance of mind, body, spirit and feeling. We therefore work with the mind through thought and discussion; the body through movement; the spirit through meditation and healing; and the emotions through feeling.
How it will benefit you
The Integrated Awareness Programme is designed to work on many levels. As with all things, you will get out what you put in, so the more you engage with each session and each exercise, the deeper your understanding will be.
The programme is intended to increase your self-awareness on all fronts - physical, emotional, spiritual and mental. Doing this makes us feel more:
