Move from where you're at
Creativity & Inspiration
Well, there is time left --
fields everywhere invite you into them.
And who will care, who will chide you if you wander away
from wherever you are, to look for your soul?
....Listen, are you breathing just a little, and calling it a life?
- Mary Oliver
We all need a bit of Inspiration
Inspiration, to me, is the ability to breathe in, literally to take in nourishment, what is of use, what is necessary; to absorb ideas, thoughts, joy, what gives one life, and to breathe out the old, expel what is no longer needed.
Inspiration is also the ability to draw in others, to be your own source of roots, of gravity and also to give one's self out into the world, to radiate who you are, to allow yourself to be and by doing so allow those around you to do the same.
“Everything changes when you start to emit your own frequency rather than absorbing the frequencies around you,
when you start imprinting your intent on the universe rather than receiving an imprint from existence.”
- Barbara Marciniak

A Journey into Aliveness
In the summer of 2015, I began a poetic and photographic exploration of aliveness with friend and fellow creative Magda Florek.
We have now created a blog together to inspire ourselves and others in this all-important journey.

'Open Borders'
'Open Borders' is a screendance project by the International Video Dance Festival of Burgundy in response to the refugee crisis in Europe. Artists from across the EU were asked to submit a short film to the project so they could all be edited together to create a longer film to be shown at festivals and online. This was my contribution and is my first film.
